Before we recommend anything, we want to understand your agency. How big is your team? What have you already done around compliance? Have you been through a NYDFS review before?

What's keeping you up at night? We've found that most agencies aren't starting from zero — they just don't have the structure in place to know what they have. The first conversation helps us figure that out together.

We Get to Work

Once we're aligned on what's needed, we step into the vCISO role. We own the governance structure, run the compliance calendar, manage the risk register, and give your leadership team regular reporting on where things stand. You stay informed and in control. You just don't have to do all of it yourself.

We Tell You the Truth

We'll look at your current governance posture, review what documentation exists, and identify the gaps between where you are and what NYDFS actually requires. You'll get an honest picture — not a scary report designed to create urgency, and not a rosy summary that leaves things out. If the gaps are small, we'll tell you. If they're significant, we'll tell you that too.

We Stay With You

Cybersecurity governance isn't a project with an end date. Risks change, regulations evolve, your agency grows. Our engagement is built around continuous oversight — quarterly reviews, annual certification support, and ongoing alignment so nothing surprises you. We've seen what happens when agencies treat compliance as a one-time effort. We're not built for that, and we're upfront about it.

We Meet You Where You Are

Option 1 — We build it, you run it

We design your governance program, write your policies, build your procedures, and give you everything you need to run it yourself. Good for agencies that want to own the program internally once it's set up.
Option 2 — We build it and run it together

We build the program and stay involved on an ongoing basis — quarterly check- ins, annual certification support, and available when something comes up. The most common engagement model for small to mid-sized agencies.
Option 3 — Full vCISO oversight

We take ownership of the governance program entirely. We're your CISO. We run the program, report to leadership, manage the compliance calendar, and keep everything current year-round.
Option 4 — Audit navigation

If a DFS exam is already underway, we come in immediately to assess, organize, and help you navigate the process. Once the audit is behind you, we build the program that makes sure it doesn't happen the same way again.
